I represent clients in a variety of business-related disputes by prosecuting and defending complex commercial, intellectual property, legal malpractice, employment, and securities lawsuits.

I am experienced in preparing cases for trials, arbitrations, and mediations nationwide. I am skilled in briefing and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; preparing clients, third parties and expert witnesses for testifying; and negotiating and drafting settlement agreements. I have also gained notable appellate experience in drafting several briefs to the Illinois Appellate Court and a petition to the Illinois Supreme Court.
