• Prosecuted legal malpractice action on behalf of Milwaukee-based industrial engineering company against one national law firm and one international law firm in the Circuit Court of Dane County, WI (J. Colas). In the weeks before trial, defeated motion to compel and motions in limine, drafted trial memo and demonstrative exhibits, and prepared fact witnesses for examination. Assisted in obtaining favorable settlement on second day of trial.

• Assisting in representing the country’s leading school bus transportation provider, in prosecuting a legal malpractice claim arising out of a personal injury lawsuit that resulted in a $6 million jury verdict against First Student due to its attorneys’ negligence in handling the case.

• Without filing a lawsuit, obtained six-figure settlement for former shareholders of direct marketing company in accounting malpractice matter against company's former accountants. Settlement achieved based upon correspondence alleging that the accountants' negligent preparation of annual audits and tax returns had unnecessarily exposed shareholders to substantial liability and post-closing purchase price adjustments in connection with their sale of the company.
